To maintain strict safety protocols, quality control, and compliance with maritime classification societies, all communications are continuously monitored, recorded, and archived. By interacting with our systems you expressly consent to this monitoring.

SeaQuest reserves the absolute right to use, reproduce, or disclose these records in any form for operational, billing verification, or legal purposes, including submission to underwriters or class surveyors.

SeaQuest strictly prohibits any external party, client representative, vessel superintendent, crew member, or contractor from recording, filming, or intercepting any oral conversations, telephone calls, video conferences, or radio transmissions involving SeaQuest personnel, or within SeaQuest facilities/vessels under repair, without prior express written consent. No consent to record voice or video is granted under any circumstances by the initiation of, or participation in, a communication channel. Unauthorized recordings are legally invalid, constitute a breach of confidentiality, and will be inadmissible in any billing, technical, or legal dispute.
